Youth
Welcome Youth Parents.
The season is about to begin and I want to welcome all the returning parent and their children and the new parent and their children to our program.
We here at Hillsboro High School Basketball want to ensure that your child has a positive, educational experience and get the opportunity to become the best player they can become.
With the new season come new experiences for all, along with new coaches and new challenges. By working together we can make this season a success for everyone involved.
The level of experience in the coaching staff is unprecedented for a youth program. You should be grateful that individuals are willing to donate their time to not only help their child but you’re child as well. There will be some trade offs with this approach because as you know both Coach Galain and myself have coaching duties at the high school. We will need as much support as possible. Nonetheless, I want you to know that your child will receive excellent instruction that will prepare them for a positive high school experience.

We will be finalizing the teams over the next 2 weeks. A final roster needs to be turned in Nov. 19th.
Nov. 14th through the 19th we will be collecting the fees for the season. The cost of the program is $190.00 with a discount for multiple players of $150.00 each. If you child is on free and reduced lunch we are reducing the cost of the program to $150.00 as well. A payment plan can be set up if necessary for those on the free and reduced lunch program.
The next schedules practice is Nov.4th, 6pm @ South Meadow MS. This is for all grade levels. More gyms become available after that date and then we will start having smaller group practices. Please download the practice schedule for November & December. It is also posted on our website (www.hillsborogirlsbasketball.com). All changing information ends up on the web site first.
